QuickBoard is a mobile-first executive dashboard that presents all hospital operational indicators in real time on a single screen. Equipped with Kompas AI, which turns numbers into material for meeting decisions, QuickBoard reads data directly from the existing SIMRS.

- The polyclinic wait time module uses BPJS queue task data with a minimum service standard benchmark of 60 minutes.
- SIRS Online RL 3, RL 4, and RL 5 reports are calculated automatically and ready to be exported to Excel.
- The BPJS claims dashboard pulls claims monitoring data from VClaim and compares it by month and by year.
- Kompas AI learns the patterns of each indicator for each day of the week, flags deviations, identifies the units contributing the most, and compiles a daily summary for meetings.
- The Decision Board records decisions, those responsible, and deadlines, then automatically re-measures the indicators.
- All processing runs on the hospital's servers without sending data to third-party services.
