The most dangerous integration failures do not generate error messages, so transactions appear normal in the SIMRS but never reach the national channel.

Sentinel AI detects compliance anomalies, predicts registrations at risk of failed delivery, groups error messages, and checks cybersecurity every day.
The master data module maps doctors and polyclinics to BPJS codes, drugs to KFA, laboratory tests to LOINC, and rooms to BPJS and SIRANAP classes.
Every correction is routed to the data-owning unit so that it does not pile up in the IT unit.

Studi Kasus

RS PKU Muhammadiyah Sleman

SIMRSGuard pertama kali dikembangkan dan diterapkan di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Sleman. Kondisi awal menunjukkan capaian SATUSEHAT 33,3 persen dan quality rate antrean online di bawah 60 persen. Berikut hasil setelah implementasi.

SATUSEHAT data delivery achievement rose from 33.3 percent to 91.7 percent.
The quality rate of the Mobile JKN online queue increased from below 60 percent to 94.65 percent.
Radiology ImagingStudy submissions rose from zero to 1,738 successfully sent records.
Doctor practice-hour compliance with HFIS increased from 94 percent to 98 percent.
SEP cases attached to other patients' registrations dropped to zero starting August 2026 after the gap was closed systemically.
Within 90 days, 726 unique error messages were summarized into 39 clusters, and 85 percent of 5,074 incidents were routed directly to the data-owning unit.
The predictive model for failed-submission risk reached an AUC of 0.976 in the latest test period.
