End-to-End Poultry ERP Architecture: From Procurement to Profit and Loss

Overview

Designed and built an end-to-end poultry ERP — procurement, warehouse, production/recording, sales, finance, and accounting — in a single integrated architecture with automated accounting (Pilar GL).

Operations ran across many separate files and applications: warehouse stock and barn records did not match, cost of production per barn was unmeasured, supplier payables and due dates were hard to track, bookkeeping was manual, and large spending lacked clear approval control.

• Procurement handles the PR, PO, GRN, Payment Request, AP Invoice, and AP Payment flow including advances and tax, with payables recognized upon goods receipt.
• Warehouse manages delivery notes from warehouse to barn, FIFO stock, stock cards, stocktake, transfers, returns, aging, and fast/slow moving.
• Production and Recording lets field operators log population, feed, medicine, and gas from mobile, with BW/FCR weighing, harvest, and barn transfer.
• Sales runs SO, DO, BAP, and Invoice with dynamic down payment, barn plotting, multi-truck DO, warranty, and QR verification.
• Finance manages cash in and out, BKK orders, AP payment, payable schedule with reminders, employee cash advances, and supplier and customer advances.
• Accounting produces automatic journals, chart of accounts, period closing, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, COGS per barn, and audit trail.
• Cross-division foundations include multi-role RBAC, tiered approvals, digital signatures, and audit trail.
